Using Shopify admin panel, you can manage all aspects of your store. It shows you the most valuable metrics that give you insight into the performance of your store and the behavior of your customers. The ways to make it and about what you can see there, we will write below.
How Shopify is built
There are several tariff plans in Shopify that open up more opportunities for business owners, for example, reviewing metrics, creating more accounts for colleagues, etc.

You can enter into admin panel in several ways, depending on the existing access.
1. Login the admin panel via Partners Shopify
In Shopify, there is the Partners Shopify, it means that developers, designers and marketers can provide their services to clients through an affiliate program, and in such an account there may be several pages where the service provider performs their work.
Technically, it looks like this: the store owner gives the owner of the partner their accesses, after which there is control over the store.

Logging into admin panel, we can see the list of stores in sections Development stores or Managed stores.
For example, you can see a list of stores in Development stores below on the screen.
To access the page you want, use the search box to go to the selected store – click on Login and see the admin view (Store View).
2. Login the admin panel directly
The link might look like this: https://store-name.myshopify.com/admin

In a new window, we can see which topic is published, and which is not relevant or is currently being developed.
Once the first topic will be published, we will get a preview to the current page then.
The theme, to which we have already added new edits/modules, is simply published (Publish). It is quite convenient and fast enough.
As you can see from the screenshot above, there is a Preview button in each topic that allows developers / QA / clients to view it.

Also, from the previous screenshot, you can see the Customize button (on the right side) after clicking it, we will open a new page, where QA can view the changes, and the developers check their work (see the screenshot below).
1. View the page. Here you can choose and see the Store pages: category, product page, information pages.
2. Sections that are connected on the page. Sections can be changed by order, hide or add new or duplicate (customize is available only for the main page).
3. Global changes for the whole theme: typography, text alignment, SEO settings and more.
4. Site viewing modes are used to validate the adaptability.
Each section can contain both static settings (SETTINGS, fields for editing immediately displayed), and dynamic blocks (CONTENT, in order to add a block, you need to click on “+ Add …” at the bottom of the section).
In the “Navigation” section there is an opportunity to view current menus, add a submenu (up to 3 levels), independently change the address of the link.
Answers to some questions
Q – “Why do I need a partner?”
A – In my opinion, this is a way to grow a motivated community that will promote this CMS and get financial benefits.
Q – “How to test the site through BrowserStack?”
A – Post the topic you want to check in for 30 minutes.
Or second variant – to click on the Preview of the topic, then a link is created with the topic identifier where you can see the work in the topic.
Q – “Is the shuffle with tracking systems working?”
A – Yes. Google, Facebook Pixel, Klaviyo, Instagram.
There is some number of such trackers, every CMS contains them. It depends on the chosen fare of the store (and there are several tariffs). Stores which exist not too long, run without these systems, so in some stores, you may not find such applications.
